RECOLORIZE: EULA

RECOLORIZE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and T3RI GAMES, the developer of RECOLORIZE, a computer game. By installing, copying, or using RECOLORIZE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. Grant of License

T3RI GAMES grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RECOLORIZE for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Sell, transfer, assign, or sublicense RECOLORIZE or any part thereof;

• Modify, decrypt, reverse engineer, or decompile RECOLORIZE or any part thereof;

• Use RECOLORIZE for commercial purposes.

4. Updates

T3RI GAMES reserves the right to update RECOLORIZE regularly, adding new features, fixing errors, and making other changes as necessary.

5. Feedback

You agree that T3RI GAMES may use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide without compensation or credit.

6. Privacy

RECOLORIZE does not collect personal information from users.

7. Intellectual Property

T3RI GAMES retains all rights, title, and interest in and to RECOLORIZE, including all intellectual property rights.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and T3RI GAMES regarding RECOLORIZE and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

By using RECOLORIZE, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
